You should possess a Bachelor's of Technology or engineering degree and/or a master of science degree. Additional qualifications include:

Strong analytical and communication skills
Passion for gaming
Understanding of Windows* operating systems, kernel* mode programming, device drivers and /or DirectX* / OpenGL* interface would be an added advantage
Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a nonexempt technical nature.
